Our organic orchards are regulated by norms of organic agriculture, free of any chemicals or pesticides and certified by BCS Öko Garantie GmbH.

Irrigation is performed using a technified process, using water from natural springs and wells.

“Oliveros de Lolol” stands out for the performance of a work in complete harmony with nature, respecting the ecosystem.

Our farmers have been trained to produce their own fertilizers (compost). Harvesting the olives is between the months of April and May when the fruit is at its exact point of maturation and is done manually, with the necessary care to ensure a clean production, healthy and 100% natural.
